The sessions will be a great opportunity for stress release and will make sure you stay on track even at the busiest of times.

I will help you to incorporate exercise into your already busy schedule and encourage you to carry on with a more active lifestyle after the wedding. I can give nutritional advice and help you achieve a healthy lifestyle that is realistic to maintain.
