Want it, believe it, achieve it
Are you going skiing this winter? Would you like to enjoy your holiday in the snow more than ever before?
Skiing is a very physically intensive sport, more so than anything most people do on a regular basis. If you're heading for the hills and don't want to spoil your holiday with a pointless injury, it pays to get in shape now.
The fitter you are the more you can enjoy your holiday without feeling achey and exhausted. Having more strength allows you to make the most of your time on the slopes improving your technique and enjoying the amazing scenery.
There are three main areas to concentrate on: cardiovascular fitness, leg and core strength, and suppleness. Being fit and having strong legs is crucial for preventing tiredness, which can lead to injuries. At high altitude, this becomes doubly important.
Ideally you would want to spend at least 8 weeks preparing for your holiday, please get in touch as soon as possible.
All ski training packages are individually tailored to your current fitness level. Sessions can be arranged for individuals or pairs.
Make sure you don't pay for your skiing holiday in years to come.
