It would also be fantastic if you never struggled with motivation, always got the results you wanted and never got bored with your routine. But back in the real world...

There is absolutely no need to go to the gym in order to improve your fitness. I will bring a mobile gym to your home and take you through an exercise programme tailored to your goals. Whether you want to improve your cardiovascular fitness or tone up, it's all possible without leaving your house.

You can improve your fitness while enjoying the great outdoors! Walking, running and cycling are fantastic ways of improving your fitness and burning calories. I can plan routes that are varying in intensity and scenery and add resistance training along the way.
Core Stability
Have you ever suffered from back pain? Improving the strength of your core muscles is key for preventing back problems particularly for those with sit-down jobs. I will take you through fun and effective core stability exercises that will not only strengthen your back but flatten your tummy, too!
