Being pregnant doesn't mean you have to become a couch potato (or remain as such!) Whether you are a regular exerciser or a beginner there is every reason to get off the sofa and move. Slightly modified routines can be followed all the way through pregnancy and the benefits fo you and your baby are definitely worth the effort.
