You can share your training sessions with a few friends and still get the personal touch you wouldn't get in a class. I can take small groups of up to 4 people following the personal training principles; programmes tailored to your fitness level, goals and lifestyle. As long as you are all fairly equal in your fitness levels and you are trying to achieve a similar fitness goal, you can enjoy tailor-made sessions with the added bonus of group motivation and encouragament.
